Take the permanent markers and color any design you want on the shoes.
Now glue a design on the shoes and sprinkle the glitter over the glue. If you choose to use the yarn, cut two pieces about a yard and a half long each. Tie the two together on both ends. Now lace up the string, tie up the shoes, and you’ve got a pair of Cool Shoes!
